By accessing and using the SpiderLab website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Services

SpiderLab provides web development, mobile app development, graphic design and digital marketing services. The scope, timeline and pricing of specific projects are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code and assets created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a separate NDA prohibits this. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries and tools remain under their respective licenses.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a deposit before commencing work. Late payments may result in work being paused. All prices are in INR or USD as agreed, and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign NDAs before any project discussion. We will not disclose your business information, source code or proprietary data to third parties without your written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpiderLab's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

6. Website Use

All content on this website — including text, images, code and design — is owned by SpiderLab and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
